Ordering Blank or Gift Items
If your item does not need personalization, simply follow the prompts to check-out.
Ordering Personalized Paper
Choose a paper and let us know how you would like it customized. When we receive your choices, we will e-mail you a proof. Please check the proof closely for typos, punctuation, desired formatting and general accuracy. Once your proof has been approved, we will print your papers and ship them to you.
Number of Papers
Because we buy many of our papers in bulk, in many cases, you can choose the exact number of items that you want to purchase. Products that must be bought in boxes are noted as such.
We will flat print (unless otherwise indicated) the exact number of papers that you desire, unless you chose a boxed item and then printing charges will be made in multiples of 10. For example, printing 1 box of ten invitations is $.70 times 10 or $7.00.

Most products will arrive within 6 business days of your proof approval. Certain products indicate that they are printed at the manufacturing facility and will take 2.5 weeks. If you need faster service, see Rush and/or Shipping below.

Our papers are sent to you UPS ground, which usually takes 3 - 5 business days. If you would like to receive your order faster, those options will be presented to you on the shipping page at check out.
Paper only: If you wish to print the cards yourself, do not submit copy when placing your order, and you will not be charged for printing.
Extra proof: On most orders, one proof is provided free of charge. Additional proofs are $5 each.
Rush Printing (if available): add $25 per order. Please e-mail or call to arrange.
Rush Shipping: two day or overnight shipping is available. See shipping options at check out.
Samples: We are happy to send you a sample, when available.
Assembly (if available): some papers indicate that assembly is required. If you would like assistance, please e-mail or call to arrange.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Please notify us directly if there is a dispute involving your transaction at firstname.lastname@example.org or call as at 512-443-1188.
If you placed an order or part of an order by mistake, please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has not entered production, we will correct it for you.
Please review your proof carefully. This will help insure that the final product is satisfactory. If there was an error on the proof that you approved, we will work together to find a solution and reprint your order at a discount.
If we made an error while printing your approved proof, we will rush you a corrected product at no additional cost.
Please note: When we create your proof, we do not make changes to the copy that you submit unless the changes needed are obvious errors. Once the proof is approved, we will print it "as is".
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please e-mail us at email@example.com or call us at 512-443-1188. We want you to be completely satisfied with your invitations, stationery, or gifts.
We cannot accept returns on personalized products but will work with you until you are satisfied with your purchase. See errors above.
If you have purchased an unpersonalized product and would like to return it, please do so within 21 days of purchase for a full refund. Merchandise must be in original condition.
